    Competition T&Cs

    1. The promotion is a prize draw, which is open to UK-based individuals to win a prize for someone they know abroad.
    2. Entry to the competition is via the competition entry form on our website or is nominated as a referrer by the winning entrant on their entry form.
    3. No purchase necessary.
    4. The prize is a Christmas Nibbles British Gift Box plus shipping to be sent to any worldwide address outside the UK.
    5. The Christmas Nibbles Box will be sent to the named person identified on the entry form in the country specified once their full address and contact details are obtained from the winners. The prize cannot be sent to the winners’ UK address.
    6. Should the winner of the prize draw have named someone who told them about the competition on their original entry, that person will also win a Box to send abroad, subject to these terms and conditions.
    7. The prize draw is open to people aged 18 years or over.
    8. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
    9. The closing date for entries is 2nd December 2018. The winner will be drawn at random within 3 working days of the closing date and will be notified directly based on the contact information received.
    10. The prize draw will be supervised by an independent person.
    11. The winners’ basic details (excluding any contact information) will appear on the British Gift Box website and social media.
    12. In the event of the winner being ineligible, or does not provide a suitable postal address within 1 week, British Gift Box will draw another winner at random.
    13. The prize draw is not open to employees of British Gift Box, their subsidiaries, families, agents, their affiliates or anyone involved in the prize draw.
    14. It is a condition of entry that the winners have their photograph or video taken for press and promotional activities if requested. The recipient of the prize will also be required to submit feedback about the Gift Box they receive, including photographs or videos where requested.

    16. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    17. The name of the prize winner and shipping country of the Box will be available on the website www.BritishGiftBox.com
    18. Entry into the draw will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
    19. No cash alternative will be offered.
    20. Competition commences as of 1 November 2018.
